We have a minimum food and beverage charge of $1,200 for parties of 15 or less and a minimum food and beverage charge of $1,500 for parties of 16 or more.(We sometimes waive the minimum in lieu of a room charge of $250.00).
We require that you confirm your guest count 72-hours before your function. If you cancel within 72 hours you will be liable for the agreed upon charges. This guest count will constitute your minimum guarantee and you will be responsible for that amount. Should your guest count increase, we will endeavor to accommodate this change.
You will be billed at the conclusion of the event. This bill will reflect any increase in your guest count as well as rental of any additional items such as equipment, linens, flowers etc. The final bill is payable at that time. Please note, no personal checks are accepted. Please retain a copy of this contract for your files. Crofton on Wells is not responsible for lost or damaged items provided by the client nor for the personal property of any guests of the restaurant.
